If you are a consumer ordering online, you have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email contact@hunea.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day you told us you were cancelling.
Returned food must be unopened, sealed, and in saleable condition, with labels intact, unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact contact@hunea.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
If you validly cancel under the cooling-off rules, we refund all payments received from you, including outbound delivery charges at the least expensive standard rate we offer, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or receiving the returned goods, whichever is later. For faulty or mis-described goods, we refund the price paid and reasonable return postage where we agree you should return the item. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
For cancellations under the cooling-off rules, you pay the cost of returning the goods unless we offered free returns or the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund reasonable return postage on production of proof of postage or as we agree in writing.
