Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in the country from which we dispatch. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information where the carrier provides it.
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot accept the order through the website; contact contact@hunea.co.uk to ask about special arrangements.
We use reputable national and international parcel carriers. The carrier may require a signature on delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for receiving or rearranging delivery.
Estimated transit is 2 to 5 business days within the United Kingdom and 7 to 14 business days for international orders, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates only; delays may occur during busy seasons, adverse weather, customs clearance, or carrier disruption.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before you pay. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by your local authorities and are your responsibility unless we expressly state that duties are prepaid.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, email contact@hunea.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery window. Include your order number and photographs of damaged packaging or products. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate under our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.
